报告题目    Algebraic Multigrid (AMG) Theory & Algorithms with Applications

Abstract: In this report, we will introduce the basic matrix-dependent multigrid theory & algorithms with applications. Efficient algorithms for the algebraic multigrid (AMG) method are advanced, and AMG methods are proposed for improving the convergence rate. A new convergence theorem of AMG is given, and a complete theoretical study of new algorithms is subsequently presented. Various numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the new approaches.
