我们讨论一个比较通用的，求解双正交多项式的Plancherel-Rotach渐近的方法。我们的方法是通过把双正交多项式转化为一个向量Riemann-Hilbert问题，然后用Deift-周方法求渐近。这是求解正交多项式渐近性质的Riemann-Hilbert方法的推广。 我们用一些与数学物理有关的例子来说明这个方法。
