寄生电容提取是集成电路后端设计验证中的重要技术。本报告首先介绍基于随机行走的三维电容场求解器的原理与研究进展，然后介绍深度学习辅助的电容提取技术及最新进展，最后探讨若干寄生电容提取面临的挑战问题。
