Abstract:
In many location-aware services and applications, sensing and communications are recognized as a pair of intertwined functionalities, which are often required to operate simultaneously. To reduce costs and improve spectral-, energy-, and hardware-efficiency, the integration between radar sensors and communication systems has recently received considerable attentions from both industry and academia, motivating the research on Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC). In this talk, I will briefly overview our current and previous works on ISAC system design, as well as its application to the B5G/6G Vehicular-to-Everything (V2X) network.
