The global e-commerce market is experiencing rapid growth and transformation, compelling online businesses, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises, to continuously revise their strategies to remain competitive. Concurrently, policymakers are tasked with developing mechanisms that promote a fair and efficient competitive ecosystem. This paper introduces a pioneering infrastructure designed to decode and navigate the complexities of this dynamic market environment.

We construct a robust two-layer network capable of encapsulating the entire global e-commerce market. This network serves as a foundational infrastructure aimed at bolstering market understanding and aiding regulatory efforts.
